Famous dish in Hunan province, China. Looks similar but tastes different from oven cooked cauliflowers.
Steps

Wash and drain cauliflower. Cut into small pieces.

Stir fry pork belly and garlic, put it in the plate for later use.
- 3
Add cauliflower to the pan and fry with medium heat until cauliflower surface turns into nice brown colour.
- 4
Add hot chilli pepper slices and fried pork, garlic back to pan. Add salt🧂 (and 1 teaspoon soy sauce). Done ✅
