  • 1Cauliflower
  • 1Fresh chilli pepper
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Pork belly 30g Add more if you like
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce

    Wash and drain cauliflower. Cut into small pieces.

    Stir fry pork belly and garlic, put it in the plate for later use.

    Add cauliflower to the pan and fry with medium heat until cauliflower surface turns into nice brown colour.

  4. 4

    Add hot chilli pepper slices and fried pork, garlic back to pan. Add salt🧂 (and 1 teaspoon soy sauce). Done ✅

Great idea for cauliflower which I find a bit boring when cooked plain, this sounds much better!!
