Add all the ingredients except the sugar to the pressure cooker. Once it reaches pressure, cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

When the pressure has released, add the sugar and stir with a wooden spoon over low heat until it reaches your desired thickness.

Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
