Ingredients

  • 2 cansblack beans drained and rinsed well
  • 1cooked ear of corn sliced off the Cobb or 1/2 can of corn
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1jalepeno diced fine
  • 1/2onion diced fine
  • to tasteSazon, adobo, Cajun seasoning and pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4-1/2 cupdiced cilantro
