Heat oil in a pan add cuminseeds when it starts crackle then add onion slices saute for a min. Add salt and
ginger garlic and chilli paste again saute. - 2
Now peel skin of kankoda and make slices. Wash and add in onion mixture. Saute cover and cook it for 2-3 min. Now add turmeric powder,cumin and Coriander powder mix well and cover. Lastly add sugar and cook it for 2-3 min. Kankoda subji is ready to serve.
