Forst boil the sweet corns and strain it with the help of strainer.

Then take a bowl put boil sweet corns in it add salt to taste,1/2 tsp black pepper powder,2 tsp corn flour and mix it well.Then take a pan add oil heat it well and dip the corn in oil till it's colour changes to light golden brown.Then remove the corn in the plate.

Take another pan on gas on the flame add 2 tsp oil after heating oil add 1 small chopped onion,ginger garlic paste and chopped capsicum and saute it well then add 1 tsp spoon tamarind pulp,salt to taste,red chilli powder, chopped coriander and mix it then put fried corns in it and mix all ingredients well and off the flame.

And ready to serve in a platter and grate some cheese on it and serve.
