Grate the corn kernels so that only corn is grated.once all the corns are grated you will get a roughly grinded paste type of mixture.

Add the paste to the grinder add garlic,ginger and green chillies.Grind to a fine paste.Take out the mixture in a plate.

Now add boiled mashed potatoes to the mixture and all dry spices chiili powder,coriander powder and salt to taste.Add chopped onions and green coriander.

Give any shape of your choice of this mixture say a round ball shape.make a lizzam of 2 tablespoon maida and 2 tablespoon cornflour in water add salt to it..

Dip the ball into the lizzam and coat it with the bread crumbs.

Now deep fry the cutlets in the hot oil.Serve with green chutney and enjoy the rain with a cup of tea.
