Steps

Pre-heat oven at 180°C and grease and dust the baking pan

Mix all the dry ingredients, including the sugar, in one bowl. Add in the margarine and rub in to a breadcrumb texture

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add them int the flour mixture

Add iin the yorguta and mix to a smooth batter
- 5
Add in the rinds and whisk till well combined.

Divide the batter int 5 dishes and in each container, add in a 1 tsp of powder food color and 2 tbsp milk. mix till well combined

Pour the batter into the greased baking tin, alternating one after another. tap from the bottom to removr=e excess bubbles. bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes
