Chopped the bitter gourd in a circle. Marinate it with salt and turmeric powder. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Make a batter with rice powder adding salt, turmeric and chilli powder

Then in a pan add oil and let it heat. In the meantime dip marinate bitter gourd in the rice batter and then fry on the pan. Fry it till golden colour in a medium flame. Crispy bitter gourd is ready for serve.
