Make a batter of sooji and curd. Put on rest 10 min.

Add baking soda in it then fry it in hot oil in the shape of bhalla.

Beat the curd and add sugar for preparation of dahi bhalla.

Take a plate add 2 bhalla in it put curd, salt, red chilli powder, red sauce, roasted cumin, black rock salt.
