Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspolive oil
  2. 2 tbspflour (I use almond flour for Keto friendly)
  3. 4 tbspchili powder
  4. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tspblack cumin oil (cumin powder works, too)
  7. 1/4 tspdried oregano
  8. 2 cupschicken bone broth

Steps

  1. 1

    In small saucepan, heat oil. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.

  2. 2

    Stir in spices chili powder through oregano. Gradually add stock, whisking constantly to remove lumps.

  3. 3

    Simmer 10 minutes, and you’re ready to build enchiladas!
