Ingredients

2 tbspolive oil
2 tbspflour (I use almond flour for Keto friendly)
4 tbspchili powder
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspblack cumin oil (cumin powder works, too)
1/4 tspdried oregano
2 cupschicken bone broth

Steps

In small saucepan, heat oil. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.

Stir in spices chili powder through oregano. Gradually add stock, whisking constantly to remove lumps.

Simmer 10 minutes, and you’re ready to build enchiladas!
