Steps
- 1
Mix all the dry ingredients including the instant yeast. Make a soft smooth and pliable dough using the milk and water mixture and oil.
- 2
Knead for 10-12 minutes just like any bread dough. Keep the kneaded dough in an oiled bowl covered with cling film for an hour or more till it doubles in size.
- 3
Cut a small block of paneer into small cubes and sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder and keep it aside.
- 4
For the zingy parcel, take a small portion of the dough (60-70 gm) and roll it like a roti/disc on a surface smeared with cornmeal or fine semolina.
- 5
Fold it to make a triangle. For details see attached pictures or refer you tube videos for Dominos style zingy parcel.
- 6
Apply a spoon of mayonnaise, sprinkle marinated paneer pieces, grated cheese, chilli flakes and oregano.
- 7
Fold it to form a parcel. Keep aside for 5 mins.
- 8
Apply some garlic butter and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool on a wire rack. Tada zingy parcel is ready. Serve it warm with sauce or cheesy dip.
