Steps

Mash aloo gobi & grated paneer in that salt, chilli powder, oregano & mint leaves.

Now cut onion ring circle form & make rings out of that.

Now take the filling & fill between the rings

You can try different filling also by using boiled veggies & mix some paneer, bread crumbs & spices

Now make the besan batter & put batter on both sides & cover it with bread crumbs

Now put them in fridge for 15-20 min & then you fry them, shallow fry, air fryer as what ever you like

Tip: you can prepare them before & keep them in fridge & fry them when you want to serve
