In a kadhai take oil and add onion slices and saute. Add tomato and saute till soft. Later add ginger garlic and saute

Add palak and saute font over cook. Add coriander and Grind to smooth paste without water

In a kadhai take oil add whole masala and add smooth paste, sugar and saute till it oil oozes.add water, salt and cook.

In a tadka pan take oil/ butter add garam masala, red chili powder (optional) and saute and pour over green mixture over kadhai.

Add paneer cubes and mix gently and cook for 3-5 mins.

Ready to serve hot with roti.
