First knead dough and keep it for 1hour at warm place. To become double in size.

As dough rise punch and maida dal kar slab par is ko knead karein and phir 6balls or 4balls bana kar rest de 1/2an hour.

Spread egg wash and seasame seed and bake for 35 mint preheated oven,aik se ziada coat karein egg wash se then dark colour ho jae ga.
