Ingredients

  • 3Pamphlet fish
  • 2 teaspoonsginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonchili powder
  • Half teaspoonturmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  • 1 teaspoonDhaniya powder
  • As required lemon juice
  • as per taste salt
  • 1 teaspoonbasan or maida
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 cupMasoor dal
  • 5-6green chillies
  • handfulcorriander leaves
  • handulcurry leaves
  • 1 teaspoonchili
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • as requiredTamarind
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3tomatoes
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1 teaspoonSaboot jeera
  • 1 teaspoonsabit Rai
  • 3-4dry Chillies
  • 6-7garlic crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    First, wash the Masoor dal and put it in the pressure cook and add Tomato slices,garam masala and the spices and pressure cook it for 3 whistles. when the Dal is mashed then add water and tamarind and cook it. when tamarind water is boiled.

    For Tadka add 3 tbsp oil, javitri dry chillies and crushed garlic in a kadhai and fry it for 5 minutes and curry leaves (optional) and add Tadka in Dal. Dal is ready, enjoy it with plain rice.
