Dragon potatoes with carrots and capsicum

Wash all vegetables and cut them in even slices.

In a bowl take maida, salt, oregano, mixed herbs, water wand make watery thin batter. Deep vegetables in batter and fry it in medium to high flame. Flip them in between to prevent sticking.

Heat a stainless steel pan and add oil afterward. Add all sauces and lemon juice and stir well. Add salt to taste. Add all fried vegetables and mix well. Serve hot.
