Place all dough ingredients into a mixer, mix on medium speed until smooth.

Transfer the dough to a cutting board greased with oil.

Cover the dough with a bowl, let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Deflate the dough, then roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Make the filling. Mix butter, cornstarch, salt, and ground cinnamon, stir well.

Spread the butter mixture over the dough, then sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.

Roll up the dough, then cut into 12 equal pieces.

Arrange on a buttered baking sheet. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise until the dough expands by 30-50%, about 15-20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Once risen, bake for 20-25 minutes.

Make the frosting. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir well, then place in a piping bag.

Remove the cinnamon rolls from the baking sheet, cool on a cooling rack to keep the texture crispy.

Add frosting on top, and the Cinnamon Rolls are ready to serve.
