Ingredients

  1. main ingredients
  2. 1 bowl(200-250 grams approx)sprouts
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. 1chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2chopped cucumber (optional)
  7. 1small chopped carrot (optional)
  8. 1/2chopped beetroot(optional)
  9. 1lemon
  10. as requiredCoriander leaves
  11. spices
  12. 1 tspsalt or to taste
  13. 1 tspred chilli or black pepper powder
  14. 1 tspchaat masala(optional)
  15. Pinchhing

Cooking Instructions

    Take sprouts in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add onion, tomatoes and vegetables of your choice.

  3. 3

    Add spices(salt,chilli powder,chaat masala)

  4. 4

    Squeeze one lemon ( or add as per your taste

  5. 5

    Mix everything together properly.

  6. 6

    Add some coriander leaves for freshness.
