  • main ingredients
  • 1 bowl(200-250 grams approx)sprouts
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1/2chopped cucumber (optional)
  • 1small chopped carrot (optional)
  • 1/2chopped beetroot(optional)
  • 1lemon
  • as requiredCoriander leaves
  • spices
  • 1 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1 tspred chilli or black pepper powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala(optional)
  • Pinchhing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take sprouts in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add onion, tomatoes and vegetables of your choice.

  3. 3

    Add spices(salt,chilli powder,chaat masala)

  4. 4

    Squeeze one lemon ( or add as per your taste

  5. 5

    Mix everything together properly.

  6. 6

    Add some coriander leaves for freshness.
