Home Cafe Caffe Latte Home Cafe Caffe Latte
The friends to gather at my house include those who love coffee, tea, or both! When I served this to my coffee loving friends, they said "It's just like being at a cafe!" and were so happy. I serve this sometimes with cinnamon sugar. If you add caramel sauce on top of the foamy milk you will have "caramel macchiato". You can make a picture on the foam using cinnamon or cocoa powder. You can use this recipe as the base and make a lot of variations.Real caffe latte is made with espresso, but I used a deeply roasted coffee bean type like French Roast. For about 2 cups worth. Fragrant Earl Grey Latte Fragrant Earl Grey Latte
I made my favourite Starbucks tea latte with earl grey tea. I tried to recreate the taste with ingredients I had.In Starbucks, they add vanilla syrup, but I didn't want to make it too sweet, so I used vanilla essence instead. I don't usually take sugar in my tea, but this time, I added a little. Recipe by Hani-*hani- cookpad.japan -

Cocoa Coffee Caramel Latte Cocoa Coffee Caramel Latte
I like coffee, and wanted to make a warming drink, so I came up with this. I don't like the film that forms on milk, but it didn't appear when I made this.Heating times vary depending on the microwave, so keep an eye on it and adjust as necessary. If you heat it too much, the milk will overflow. It's nice topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Recipe by Reonken cookpad.japan -

Warm and Foamy Sakura Latte - Great for Company Too Warm and Foamy Sakura Latte - Great for Company Too
It's hard to find a way to use sakura liqueur, but I buy it to make this. I definitely recommend adding in sake lees if you don't dislike it. Drinking it before going to bed will make you dream of spring. The point it is heat it up to the point right before it boils. Please adjust according to your microwave. The protein separates easily even with soy milk when well-heated (especially when adding in sake lees), so make sure to add and mix in an equal amount of milk before heating it up. For 1 mug cup. Spring-Coloured Sakura Matcha Latte Spring-Coloured Sakura Matcha Latte
I bought some pickled cherry blossoms and wondered if I could use them in a drink. I used some strawberry vanilla tea leaves that were blended with matcha to make a drink a base for this recipe, replacing the strawberry with cherry blossoms. It tasted delicious.I like the salty taste of pickled cherry blossoms so I've only rinsed the saltiness away a little bit in Step 1. If you prefer them to be less salty, please adjust the soaking time to your taste.* In Step 3, feel free to replace the whisked tea with whipped cream if you'd prefer.* I tried adding a few drops of brandy at Step 3 after pouring the latte into the mug and it tasted very nice. * Use one big pickled cherry blossom or two small ones.
