Cocoa Coffee Caramel Latte

I like coffee, and wanted to make a warming drink, so I came up with this. I don't like the film that forms on milk, but it didn't appear when I made this.
Heating times vary depending on the microwave, so keep an eye on it and adjust as necessary. If you heat it too much, the milk will overflow. It's nice topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Recipe by Reonken

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all the ingredients marked ★ in a cup and mix. Microwave for 40 seconds, then mix once more.
- 2
Mix in the milk and microwave to finish. (It will take 1 minute plus. Adjust the time as necessary.) Stir gently and enjoy.

I made it with this Vahine brand caramel sauce. It gives the drink a slightly bitter taste. Adjust the amount of milk to your liking.

This was made with user Yukirinrin's original caramel sauce. It's milder than the one above, and uses heavy cream. ❤

Hot Coffee Milk Chocolate Hot Coffee Milk Chocolate
When I was in Kyushu a long time ago, there was a 250 ml packaged drink sold in stores called Cocoa Coffee. I don't like coffee to the point where it makes me sick... But I love adding just a bit to my hot cocoa.I love extra-rich milk. To the point where I add coffee creamer to whole milk. Please try making this with your favorite kind of milk. The friends to gather at my house include those who love coffee, tea, or both! When I served this to my coffee loving friends, they said "It's just like being at a cafe!" and were so happy. I serve this sometimes with cinnamon sugar. If you add caramel sauce on top of the foamy milk you will have "caramel macchiato". You can make a picture on the foam using cinnamon or cocoa powder. You can use this recipe as the base and make a lot of variations.Real caffe latte is made with espresso, but I used a deeply roasted coffee bean type like French Roast. For about 2 cups worth.
