Wash the sweet potatoes, do not peel them.

Stab holes into the sweet potatoes with a knife.

Put the sweet potatoes into the oven (190°C) until mushy inside.

Chop the tomatoes, 1/2 of the red onion and the fruit of your choosing and mix together.

Add olive oil, salt and pepper.

Mash the avocados, chop 1/2 of the red onion. Mix together. (Add lime juice.)

Take the sweet potatoes out of the oven and cut the skin to open them.

Mash the insides a little. Add butter, salt and pepper.

Add salsa.

Add guacamole.
