  • 1egg
  • 100 gplain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonsoil (or melted butter)
  • 3 tablespoonsmilk (or enough to make a thick batter)
  • 1 plum
  • A fewblackberries
  • Honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the flour, milk, baking powder, and egg in a jug

  2. 2

    Add the oil or melted butter to a waffle maker.

    Let the waffle maker heat up and add the batter to the recommended point on the machine.

  4. 4

    Once the waffle is made add to a plate and add sliced fruit to the top as well as the honey.
