Ingredients

30 min
As many you make
  • 2fresh coconut
  • 1/2 cup milkmaid
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 100 gmmilk powder
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbspmelted ghee
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

30 min
  1. 1

    Mix wheat flour ghee and salt. Add water make soft dough rest for 30 min

  2. 2

    Scrape and remove skin of the coconut.Heat a pan add ground coconut,milk and boil it.Now add milkmaid and sugar after a while add milk powder.

  3. 3

    Once this mix comes together stop cooking it.

  4. 4

    Let it cool down

  5. 5

    Now make modak with the above filling and fry on low heat.Modaks are ready to relish

I feasted on these and finished close to 15.....tasted yummy with the sweet and rich filling...made my festival absolutely celebratory!!!
