I have had a brownie mix since before lockdown started in UK but never felt the need to use it. That's why not making my own brownie mix, besides, I have never managed good brownies anyway.
The blackberries give the brownies a fresh and sharp contrast to the chocolate sweetness

30 brownies

Chocolate fudge brownie mix (415g)
1egg
75 mlwater
40 mlsunflower oil
400 gblackberries

Mix egg water oil and brownie mix in big bowl

Clean blackberries and add them to mixture

Grease baking tray and add mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes. I like my brownies gooey so may be worth checking they don't dry out too much
