In a pan add ghee split cashews and fry till golden brown.Remove this to a plate.

To ghee add suji and coconut roast till coconut becomes dry and mixture aromatic.Dont brown them.

In other pan melt sugar with water.

Boil this till it reaches string consistency.

Add cardamom powder and stir well.

Add sugar mix to suji mix and make sure that suji mix is coated with this sugar mix.Then close lid and keep aside for 10 minutes.Don't cool the mixture.It should be little warm.

By using hand makelemon size balls of this mixture and keep each cashews above balls.Your suji ladoo is ready.
