Wash and dry the Arbi leaves

Cut the Arbi leaves in long strips by scissors

Take a bowl put the finely cut Arbi leaves and then put all the dry ingredients and mix it properly. Put water as per requirement and make bhaji dough.

Take a Kadai put oil and heat it. When the oil start heating put the Arbi leaves dumplings in the oil.

Deep fry on medium flame and take out Arbi patra pakoda on a Tissue paper

Serve the crunchy Arbi pakoda or Alu patra pakoda with sauce
