Ingredients

15-20 minutes
2-3 people
  • 2 tbsprice
  • 1 tbspyellow moong dal
  • 1 tspsoya nuggets (soaked in water and strained)
  • 1 tbspgrated carrot or(chopped)
  • 1 tbspshredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsppeas(shelled)
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 pinchroasted jeera (cumin)powder
  • 1 1/2 cupwater
  • to tasteSalt and black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspMustard seed for tadka

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash dal and rice and soak for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    In a pen combine ghee, masat mustard seed,all vegetables and drained soya nuggets. Covered for 4-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add soaked dal, rice, salt jeera powder, water and covered at for 8-10 minutes.mix well. Standing time of 5 minutes to be given.

  4. 4

    Serve with fresh curds.😋😋😋
