Ingredients

30 min:
4 servings
  1. 2 cupsgram flour(besan)
  2. 1large chop onion
  3. Oil for deep frying
  4. 1green chilli, slice
  5. 1/4 cupfresh coriander leaves
  6. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspwhole coriander (crushed)
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspwhole pomegranate dry, (anar Dana sabut)
  11. 1/4 tspbaking soda(mitha soda)

Steps

30 min:
  1. 1

    Take a bowl put besan, add add all ingredients except baking soda.add water slowly and make thick batter.

  2. 2

    Heat oil for deep frying.In the mean time add baking soda in to the batter.(add soda, 5 minutes before frying).

  3. 3

    In the first step, take more batter with full hand put in oil.semi cook, pakoras and take out in the plate.

    Now break these large pcs into small pieces, fry again till done.take out on soak paper(news paper is better option). Serve hot.
