Steps

Dry roast all the ingredients except jaggery powder and dates.

Soak the deseed dates for 30mins
- 3
Place all the ingredients in a mixer and grind them untill the mixture turned soft and sticky.

Take out the mixture and make small balls out of it. Keep them in an air tight container in fridge.

Have whenever you want and guilt free.
