Ingredients

  1. 500 grmsFish roe (egg)
  2. Green chilli 2 finely chopped
  3. Egg 3 large
  4. Coriander leaves chopped 2tbs
  5. 2 tbsGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tbsChilli powder
  8. 1 tspCumin powder
  9. Mint leaves chopped 1tbs
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 5 tbsOil
  12. 1 tspRosemary
  13. Onion 2 ( finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Boil fish roe with turmeric powder, chilli powder and little salt with 1cup of water, 2tbs oil and cover and cook in medium flame until water is fully observe. Let it cool

    Beat eggs, add all the chopped Ingredients, and rosemary. Add salt to taste

    Mash fish egg and add with egg mix and combine throughly

  4. 4

    Heat a pan and pour 3tbs oil, spread the mix, cover and cook in medium low flame for 8 min, then cut into four pieces, turn and cook for another 8 to 10 min

  5. 5

    Serve hot with butter cheese dip
