Kadai mushroom

Roast coriander seed and day red chilli together. Cool it and grind it to make a coarse powder.

Heat some oil in a pan. Saute ginger, garlic and green chillies for a few seconds.

Then add the coarse powder and on a medium flame saute for a few more seconds.

Add tomatoes and cook for 7-8 minutes.also sprinkle salt add per taste.

Now add garam masala and kasuri methi.mix well as you cook on a medium flame.

The masala for gravy is ready.keep it aside and let it cool.

Now in a pan, heat some oil. Saute onions, followed by capsicum. Saute. Both of them for a minute each.

Then add mushrooms along with salt. Saute them for two more minutes.

Now mix the prepared kadai masala and 1/2 cup water.

Mix everything nicely and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

Serve hot kadai masala mushrooms with roti.
