Steps

Cut tofu in cubs and coat with cornflour.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add tofu and shallow fry till golden from both sides.

Now in a kadai add oil and garlic. Add green chill. Saute for 1 minute

Add onion cubs and cook until fragant.

Add tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add all veggies and saute on high flame.when all veggies gets cook add tofu.

Serve tofu as a starter or with bread.
