Steps

Add sugar and salt to soaked poha and mix.

In a kadai heat oil and roast peanuts on low flame.

Now to same oil add mustard, cumin, pinch hing and curry leaves.

Now further add onion, chili, carrot, potato, peas and saute well till brown

Add turmeric and saute well.

Finally add poha and mix and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add coriander leave and lemon juice.
- 8
Mix and serve with sev.
