Take muslin cloth add

Put the rice to soak for 15 minutes
and meanwhile
In a deep pot, heat the oil, fry the onions, till light brown add yoghurt chillis GG paste - 5

Add the cooked and drained meat,brown well.
Pour the stock back into the pot,add drained rice
Cook covered until the rice is almost tender.
Mix fresh mint, fry onion steam until the rice is done.
Served with raita and salad
