Ingredients

  1. 105 gWhite Rice Flour
  2. 105 gTapioca Starch
  3. 105 gSoy Flour
  4. 8 gSugar
  5. 4 gSalt
  6. 210 gShortening
  7. 113 gCold Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add cold shortening in small pieces

  3. 3

    Slowly add cold water, gently mix

  4. 4

    Once dough comes together, place on floured surface and roll out into a disc

  5. 5

    Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using
