Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsoya beans
  2. 5 tablespoonGrated coconut
  3. 1 tspCoriander Seeds
  4. 2red dried chilies
  5. 2garlic pods (optional)
  6. 2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 4-5curry leaves
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1chopped onions
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  11. As neededWater for boiling
  12. 2-3 tsproasted peanuts
  13. 1 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak 1/2 cup soy beans overnight.
    Drain the water and pressure cook it with salt and little water.

  2. 2

    Grind grated coconut, 1spoon coriander seeds.
    Pepper 1tsp,jeera 1tsp, dried red chili 2, garlic small 2 water as needed.

  3. 3

    Heat pan with oil and temper with rai,curry leaves, haldi and hing. Add one chopped onion and fry till transparent.add cooked soyabeans.

  4. 4

    Add ground paste and add 1/4cup of wanter and mix well.

  5. 5

    Cook for 6 to 8 min or until water evaporates and Masala starts browning.
