Soak 1/2 cup soy beans overnight.
Drain the water and pressure cook it with salt and little water. - 2
Grind grated coconut, 1spoon coriander seeds.
Pepper 1tsp,jeera 1tsp, dried red chili 2, garlic small 2 water as needed. - 3
Heat pan with oil and temper with rai,curry leaves, haldi and hing. Add one chopped onion and fry till transparent.add cooked soyabeans.

Add ground paste and add 1/4cup of wanter and mix well.

Cook for 6 to 8 min or until water evaporates and Masala starts browning.
