Peel raw banana skin and slice it

In a separate bowl add all the powder ingredients and mix well

Add water and make a thick batter. Now add the sliced raw banana to the mixture

Now shallow fry it in a pan

Flip the other side once done. Cook in medium flame only

The fry is ready to serve with rice and dal.
