It's my and my family's all-time favorite and it's healthy to eat too.

In a cooker take soaked dry green peas and cook it for 4-5 whistles on high flame.

Seive dry green peas and keep aside.

Heat 2 tsp oil in same cooker,add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion-tomato and green chilli. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.

Now add boiled dry green peas,salt and water as required, mix well and cook it for 2 whistles.

After peas mixture are cooked,add chopped coriander leaves and then mash the mixture little bit with the help of masher aur spatula.

Finally assemble the chaat plate,first of all take 1-2 spatula of cooked dry green peas mixture, then pour curd and tamarind chutney, at last sprinkle black salt, roasted carom-cumin powder and red chilli powder and mixture too.

Dry green peas chaat is ready to serve.
