This is an Indo-Chinese cuisine. I have made this recipe after tossing the boiled soya chunks into cornflour and some spices then sauteed the fry soya chunks into a spicy sauce. This dish is mainly served with fried rice or noodles #Np

This is an Indo-Chinese cuisine. I have made this recipe after tossing the boiled soya chunks into cornflour and some spices then sauteed the fry soya chunks into a spicy sauce. This dish is mainly served with fried rice or noodles #Np
Steps

At first boil and rinse the soya chunks well and squeeze the excess water. Then mix it with cornflour, refined flour, chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder and ginger garlic paste.

Marinate for half an hour, then deep fry in refined oil.

Then take another deep bottom pan add 3 tbsp refined oil, then add chopped chillies, garlic, onion and capsicum. Therafter add fried soya chunks and soysauce, vinegar, salt, sugar. Stir them in low heat, add 1/2 cup of water. Then chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander, spring onion and serve.
