  • Mutton mince half kg
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspRoasted and crushed zeera
  • 1 tbspRoasted and crushed coriander
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • Green coriander little
  • Basan 3 tbsp
  • Onion 2 chopped
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • Halftsp black pepper powder
  • Green coriander chopped little

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash qeema

    Add all spices in it mix well again and again

    Rest for 2 hours

    Fry in a low flame till completely cook
