My sweet tooth insist me to make this wonderful dish

First boil the milk and then add all the ingredients in it apart from ghee....make a smooth paste

Now heat a nonstick pan and add ghee in it and the mixture too...

Give a nice and constant stir to this mixture until it becomes thick and leave the surface of the pan...

Now transfer this lumpy mixture into dish and knead it until it becomes smooth and shiny....now make the perfect shape of penda...and garnish it with pistachio or almond....so this pendas are ready to serve....
