Firstly measure the coconut milk and pour it into a pan and add milk and bring it into boil. When it's boiling well, add sugar.

It should be heated until it become thick. Keep it in high flame. If it comes up then the medium flame can be done.When it is more thicking, saute well, without rest.

It should be dark in colour and leaves the bottom of pan. Turn off the heat.

Apply ghee on plate and transfer into plate and spread it.It should not be cooled, It should be cut within 5 to 10mins.I made circle shape.

Separate pieces after it is completely cooled down. And serve.
