I needed something healthy and filling to avoid eating store bought cookies.
Steps

In a large mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas using a fork.

Once it is smooth in consistency, add peanut butter, vanila essence and give it a good mix.

Add rolled oats, chopped dry fruits, dried berries and chocolate chips and mix well.

It should not be fluid consistency, if it is add some more rolled oats.

Take equal portions of mix, roll and flaten to about 1/2 inch thick cookies.

Once done, arrange cookies on a lined baking tray and bake at 180 deg for 10-12mins in pre-heated oven (at 200 deg for 20mins)

Take out cookies and let them completely cool down. It is ready to be stored in air tight container. It stays good for over 15 days if stored in fridge.
