Steps

Roast rava on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

In a kadai heat oil and add mustard, red chilli and few curry leaves.

Also add jeera for more flavour and saute.

Now add peanuts, onion and saute well along with green chilli and ginger.

Ask pour 3 cups water and vigorous boil.

Now further add sugar, salt and ghee. mix well.

Keep on low flame and add roasted rava slowly with stirring continuously to avoid froming any lumps.

Now mix continuously till the rava absorbs water on low flame for 5 minutes.

Finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve with coconut chutney.
