Lamb shoulder
1 tablespoonmustard
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Parchment paper and aluminum foil

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together in a baking dish and coat the lamb with the mixture.

Cover the lamb with parchment paper, then add a layer of aluminum foil. Place in the oven, reduce the heat, and let it cook slowly until fully done.

I served it with fried potatoes and green beans.
