Ingredients

  • 2medium size patato
  • Halfcapsicum
  • 1onion
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • as required arrowroot to coat the potato
  • as required Red colour
  • 1 tspchilli sauce
  • as required Butter
  • For chilli sauce
  • 4Red dry chilli
  • 1 tbspChilli powder
  • 2 tbspKetchup
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • as per taste Salt
  • Chilli panner
  • 200 gmPanner
  • as neededRed colour
  • 1/2Onion
  • 1/2capsicum
  • as per taste Chilli paste
  • as per taste Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • Manchurian balls
  • 4-6Cauliflower small flowers
  • 10-15 pieceCorn
  • Halffinely chopped onion and capsicum
  • 1Onion and capsicum
  • as per taste Chilli sauce
  • 1-2 tspPanner
  • Fried rice
  • 10-12 pieceCorn
  • 1Chopped onion and capsicum
  • as neededFried panner
  • 10-12 piecesGreen peas
  • as neededChili sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the patato, cut into finger fries boil. The water. When water start to. Boil add the patato. Boil. The patato semi. After 2 - 4 min take out patato.

    Leave the patato to Drain out completely. In. A large bowl add patato a pinch of salt and black pepper also red colour mix it lightly coat them With arrarot. Hot the oil in a pan and fried it till crisp

    Soak red chilli I'm hot water for 15 minutes add garlic, blend them both till fine paste. Tampering them in hot oil with heeng, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper.

    In a pan take oil cut the onion and capsicum into 1/4 th piece cooked for 2 minutes. Add half spoon of ginger garlic paste. Add 2 tsp of chilli sauce

  5. 5

    White liquid : In a bowl add arrarot powder mix it with water this liquid use in all Chinese recipe. Add 1 tsp of this liquid with onion and capsicum.

    Add black pepper, and salt with fried patato cook For 2 minutes.

    For the buttery chilli patato all process is same till patato fried. Now take 2 tsp of butter with 1 tsp of oil add finely chop onion cook for 1 minutes add fried patato again add 1 tsp butter and cook for 1 minutes serve with Mayo and Ketchup dip.

    Chilli Panner : cut the Panner into desired shape add black pepper and salt with red colour mix lightly coat it arrarot. Fry in hot oil

    In another pan take 2 tsp oil and 1 tsp. Butter add onion and capsicum. Add 2 tsp chilli sauce cook for a while. Add 1.5 tsp of white liquid with fried Panner cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot

    In a pan add water boil corn and cauliflower till soften. After that leave it for completely leave. Crushed the cauliflower.

    In a bowl add cauliflower, corn, onion, capsicum, carrot, beetroot any of the available vegetables and 1 tsp crushed Panner. Mix them. Add 2 tsp of arrarot and pinch of black pepper and salt combine them. Till tight dough. Grease your hand and make them in Balls.

    Hot the oil and fried them Till crispy brown. Take 3 tsp of ready made manchurian soup with 2 cup of water mix well. To. Avoid lumbs add 1 tsp butter, chilli sauce and half tsp of white liquid mix all together.

    Add little bit of salt and black pepper also fried balls cover the pan for 5 minutes. Serve with manchurian soup

  14. 14

    Fried rice.: fine chop the onion and capsicum. Take 2 tsp of oil add corn, onion capsicum cook for 2 minutes add chilli sauce with salt and black pepper mix everything add boiled rice combine everything cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

    Serve with few pieces of fried Panner or manchurian balls.
