2Green chillies
Mustard seeds, jeera, chana dal, uradh dal, curry leaves - 1tsp

Add oil in a pan.

Add the seasonings. Let them splutter. Now add onion, green chillies, curry leaves.

Now add the granted carrots and cabbage. Add salt and cook well.

Now add the grated coconut and serve hot with rice
