Steps

Take a wok put milk then milk boil gass off. Take a half cup of water then add vinegar mix then vinegar water add in milk.

Then curdle milk sieve then add water and paneer wash then paneer hangs and water drain.

Take a plate put paneer and cornflour mixed and mashed in your palm then texture smooth to make a balls. Take a pressure cooker add water and sugar then add rasgullas cook in 10 or 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes rasgullas ready and cool down. Keeo in refrigerator then add rose water.
