  • 15potatoes
  • Water
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Bunchcoriander
  • 1 tbspBlueband

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the potatoes.

  2. 2

    On medium heat boil the potatoes til soft.

  3. 3

    Drain excess water, add blueband then mash til smooth.

  4. 4

    Add the coriander and mix.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with beef or stew of choice. 🍽
